Second floor

Every booth upstairs is full right now

That is why this is a waitlist and not an application. Put your name down, tell us what you make or sell, and we will come to you when a space opens up. It costs nothing and there is nothing to sign.

What you would be renting

A space upstairs, filled your way

This is one of the stalls on the second floor, as the vendor who rents it arranged it. Independent vendors take the space and stock it themselves, so what goes in yours and how it looks is your call.

There are more of them on the second floor page, and the quickest way to know whether this suits you is to come up and walk the floor while the store is open.

Who we are looking for

Local makers, resellers and small businesses who take pride in what they put out. If you make it, restore it or hunt it down, we would like to see it.

Spaces upstairs run from a shelf up to a ten by ten, so there is room for somebody testing an idea as well as somebody who has been doing this for years.

What happens after you send this

Your name goes on the list in the order it came in. When a vendor moves on and their space comes free, we work down the list and start ringing.

We cannot tell you when that will be, because it depends on somebody upstairs deciding to move on. We would rather say that plainly than give you a month that turns out to be wrong.

  • Every booth is full today. This is a waitlist. It is not an application and it is not a space held for you.
  • Nothing to pay and nothing to sign. Being on the list costs nothing, and you can ask us to take you off it any time.
  • Rent depends on the size of the space. Shelf spaces and booths are priced separately, on a three month lease. The second floor page lists what each one costs.
  • Photographs help more than anything you can write. If you have had a booth before, five pictures of it tell us in ten seconds what a paragraph cannot.
  • Never had a booth? Tick the box and send it anyway. We are not going to hold that against you.
  • Your details come to us and nowhere else. We do not pass them on and there is no mailing list.
The waitlist

Put your name down

The first three lines are the ones that matter. Everything after them is optional and you can send this without any of it.

So we can ring or text you when a space comes free. It does not go on the website.

We send you a confirmation so you know it arrived.

If you have somewhere we can see your work, this is the most useful line on the form.

Tick this and skip the photographs. It is not a mark against you.

You will get an email confirming it arrived. Every booth is full at the moment, so it may be a while before we can offer you one.
